I Love the popcorn! but is it helpful?

I litereally adore popcorn.

I come home from work and automatically prepare it while talking on the phone or listening to music. It’s my companion when watching a movie, and when I am arranging my freelance stuff.

However, nothing is good when overused. Let’s try to understand is popcorn actually useful and am I right to eat it every morning?

Well, many studies claim popcorn has many healthy things, contains vitamins, and can even decrease the risk of heart diseases. However, it’s important to make it the right way!
